SIERDC AGM

Hi Endurance competitors, crews & supporters...

I hope that everyone came through the Xmas period unscathed & that one of your New Years resolutions was to compete in our 2012 Series!!

Just a reminder about our annual SIERDC AGM that is being held at Levels Raceway , Timaru on Sunday 26 February 2012. This is an important event on the SIERDC calendar as it’s the once a year chance to tweak our Sanctioned Series Articles, plus we want a few there for the Presidents Bar Shout!!

Also a reminder that any proposed rule changes must be in to me by 5pm Friday 10th February (15 days prior to the AGM). Any proposals will then be discussed & voted on at the AGM.  So if you think anything needs changing or tweaking, please let me know before the 10th.

We also need nominations for our President, Secretary/Treasurer & committee member roles. The committee is very easy with it all done via e-mail. If you are keen to be part of our committee, please let me know asap.

Finally the SCCC are hosting a Club day at Levels Raceway on the day of our AGM, so its a good opportunity to bring your car out for a low key meeting and have a skid as well as attend the AGM & have a beer on our President!.
